"1, 2, 3"

This is a great workout I used for quite some time. You get to use fairly heavy weights, but because you switch exercises fairly rapidly, you really tax your strength-endurance. Perform this workout 2-3 times/week.

-Barbell Clean & Press x 1 rep
-DB Snatch x 1 rep (each side)
-Chin x 2 reps
-rest 30-45 seconds*

-Barbell Clean & Press x 2 reps
-DB Snatch x 2reps (each side)
-Chin x 4 reps
-rest 30-45 seconds*

-Barbell Clean & Press x 3 reps
-DB Snatch x 3 reps (each side)
-Chin x 6 reps
-rest 30-45 seconds*

(*Don't rest after sets of Clean & Press or DB Snatch. Only rest 30-45 seconds after Chins.)

Perform the entire rotation (i.e. - everything above) 2-5 times.

Finish with Jump Squats, Tuck Jumps, or Star Jumps for 3 sets of 30.
