A Pro MMA Fighter's Workout?

Hey gang,

Ok, so here's the deal...

There's a pro fighter that I've been helping with his strength and conditioning workouts for...jeez...I guess a couple years now. In fact, I've helped him put together the his workouts leading up to his last few fights.

I'm not really at liberty to say who it is, but he's a Top 10 European MW fighter, has fought for Team Golden Glory, and has won fights (and championships) in M-1, WFC, and more.

Anyway, the last program I put together for him was literally one of the toughest and hardest MMA workout programs I've ever developed. I mean, it was absolutely insane. (Believe me when I say there are only a handful of people in the entire sport of MMA that are as in shape as this guy...if that many. The stuff this guy can do is absolutely unreal.)

Well, I've taken the last program I put together for him, put a few minor tweaks to it, and am now releasing it to the public...

'MMA Blast 2'

Some time back, I released the first of my now semi-famous (famous? lol) '4-Week Blast' programs. The very first one I created - and one of the best received - was the '4-Week MMA Blast'.

Well, in that vein, I decided it was time to bring out another MMA Blast.

However, this isn't just another '4-Week MMA Blast'. Nor is it just a fight prep program.

It's Whatever You Want it To Be

Yeah, that sounds kinda kinky, huh?

Well, it's true - the way I've put 'MMA Blast 2' together, it can be damn near whatever you want:

  • as short as 4 weeks
  • as long as 12...or even 16...weeks
  • as many workouts as you want each week

About that last item...

See, one of the questions I seem to get the most with ALL my programs is something like:

"Wiggy, I'm doing *insert workout here*. It's XX days per week, but I can only train YY days per week. What do I do?"

So, I wanted to give you a workout that let you choose how many times per week you hit the gym, based on your own schedule, goals, what kinda shape you're in, your recovery ability, etc.

In 'MMA Blast 2', I give you SEVERAL weekly options:

  • 4 workouts/week (2 weight training, 2 cardio)
  • 5 workouts/week (2 weight training, 3 cardio)
  • 5 workouts/week (3 weight training, 2 cardio)
  • 6 workouts/week (3 weight training, 3 cardio)
  • 6 workouts/week (4 weight training, 2 cardio)

And those are just samples...I tell you exactly how to design a program that's as many workouts as you want.

Couple that with being able make this program anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months (or even longer, really), you really do have a program that you can tailor to your own custom needs.

But don't think that customizing the program is tough...in all honesty, a trained monkey could do it.

It's an Ass Kicker for ANYBODY

Just because these workouts are easy to work with, that doesn't mean that the workouts are easy. Remember - they were put together for one of the toughest fighters in the world. But don't think that you have to be a pro MMA fighter (or even a pro MMA fighter wannabe) to get full benefit from these workouts...

These workouts have been done by high school wrestlers, university rugby players, fellow strength coaches, and even a few 'regular joes', all of whom have gotten maximum benefits:

  • heavy work to get strong
  • enough sets and reps for muscle getting
  • cardio for endurance and fat loss
  • intense work for mental toughness
  • circuits to build work capacity and lose more fat
  • bodyweight and explosive exercises to make you athletic

And there's no 'special' equipment needed, either - a bench, rack, pullup bar, barbell with plates and dumbbells. That's it. You can do 'MMA Blast 2' in your local gym, high school weight room, or if you can a little bit of equipment, even in your garage.

A Lot For a Little

While 'MMA Blast 2' isn'te *technically* a 4-Week Blast, that doesn't mean it's gonna be priced any different than all the rest of them.

'MMA Blast 2' will only set you back $17.
